This Winnipeg opening represents Freddy’s first foray into Canada, made possible through a Master Franchise and Development Agreement with Canadian operators Jim Werschler and Gregg Most of North 49 Frozen Custard and Steakburgers. Local franchise ownership includes John Hall and Turner Ethans, who oversee day-to-day operations at the Manitoba location.
